Zündapp

Zündapp (Zünder- und Apparatebau G.m.b.H.) was an important German manufacturer of motorcycles. It was founded in 1917 and had its headquarters in Nuremberg. In the first two years it focused on manufacturing military equipment but from 1919 right through to 1984 (when the company folded) it solely produced motorbikes (and scooters of course).
