I believe this may be a Dodge 1-ton or 1.5-ton chassis, not the standard 3/4 ton "powerwagon" chassis. The US on the hood labels it as not Belgium Armed Forces. Will comment later after some more research.

power wagons are the civilian version…This is a dodge, In the wc series Probably use to be an ambulance.
