Vickers Vigor at Beverley in 1988

I was told this is a Vickers Vigor which apparently was built of mainly Tank parts and exported to Countries formerly under the British Empire. It was seen at the Museum of Army Transport in Beverley (in East Yorkshire)during 1988.

The Vickers Vigor is most famous as a model created by Victory Industries of Guildford. These 1/16th models formed the basis of many of the vehicles used by International Rescue in Thunderbirds. It wasn't really based on military components, unlike the 'Shervick' (which used M4 Sherman parts and also built by Vickers), though the Vigor was based on wartime experience of tracked vehicles.
