It's actually a DKW Munga

more exactly, the DKW F91/8-1000 Munga, fitted with a 106mm recoilless rifle. These were mainly used by the Light infantry (Jaeger) battalions in the Home defence Brigades (sort of Territorial Army, or Army National Guard)
