Could this Ambulance be either a Bedford or an Austin?
Looks to have been bought as Army Surplus when it has to have it's registration as new but JSU307 could be 1940-50.

Austin K2/Y. The bodywork was designed by Mann-Egerton, but was manufactured by several companies. Although military, it was only 4x2.
