The Camel sign indicates GHQ Middle East. The Torch symbol Allied Armies in Italy (from Operation Torch). The car was probably used by Field Marshall (hence the 5 stars) Sir Harold Alexander.

It's a C11ADF (probably a Chevrolet). Sir Harold brought it with him when he became Governor-General of Canada. it was replaced by a Ford, and Ford of Canada donated the vehicle to the Canadian War Museum.
